SHIPPING

Where we ship

We currently ship across Europe. For destinations outside Europe, feel free to contact us at hello@dryad-miniworlds.be and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and are displayed before checkout.

  • Orders are shipped via Belgian postal services across Europe
  • We also offer Mondial Relay delivery to pickup points in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, Poland, Italy, and Spain

Local pickup

If you prefer, you can collect your order in Brussels or Braine-le-Château (Belgium).

To arrange this, simply add the note “I will pick up my order” during checkout. Shipping costs will still be charged initially and refunded once the pickup is scheduled.

Production & processing

All our products are made to order, which allows us to maintain flexibility and reduce waste.

Production time typically ranges from 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on workload and product complexity.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday
  • All items in a single order are shipped together

Tracking

International Economy shipping (outside Belgium) does not include tracking. Only the Standard option provides shipment tracking.

We regularly ship orders abroad using the Economy option, and to date all deliveries have been successfully completed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Right of withdrawal

  • You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days
  • The period starts the day after you receive your order
  • No justification is required
  • This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products

How to return an item

  1. Contact us within 14 days:
  2. Prepare your return:
    • Item must be unopened
    • In original condition
  3. Ship the package:
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    • You are free to choose the carrier

Once we receive your return:

  • The product will be inspected
  • If approved, a refund will be issued
  • The refund will be made using the original payment method

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

What to do

Please contact us as soon as possible:

We will guide you through the next steps. Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement shipment of the affected items

In most cases, returning the defective product is not required.
